Nancy Ostroff bio

After attending the University of the Arts in Philadelphia Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in art education Nancy went on to teach art in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. After raising her two boys and and creating and selling stained glass, she returned to her first love, painting. She shares her time between southern Virginia and the beautiful Florida Keys. She paints in most mediums including watercolor, oils, pastels and acrylics. She has won many awards throughout the years. She is a member of the Florida Keys Watercolor Society and The Bald Knob Artists group in Virginia. Her artwork can be seen in the Artists in Paradise gallery and the Shady Palm art gallery. She enjoys painting landscapes, still lives, and portraits. rich in color with beautiful shadows. She hopes her art lets the viewer see the beauty in her word.
