Ananda Ellis is a marine biologist and artist inspired by the natural beauty of her surroundings. Though she grew up in the mountains of Colorado, exploring the Rockies as her backyard, Ananda fell in love with the ocean at an early age during family vacations. That early connection led her to pursue both science and art, two passions that now merge in her work. 

When Ananda isn't saving coral during her day job, she runs Tropical Moment Art where she combines her scientific background with a creative spirit to capture the serene landscapes and vibrant marine life of the region. Through her art, she aims to educate and inspire others to appreciate and protect the environment.

Every piece supports local coral reef restoration efforts, blending art with conservation to make a positive impact. Each item reflects the spirit of the Keys and the delicate ecosystems that call it home.
